Humans are complex beings.
They keep seeking the eternal non existing things in life.
In the bargain, lose out on what they already hold as precious at that moment.
They then end up regretting, repenting and feeling lost and sad – sulk and wonder as to why did they let go of what they already had in the first place?
I am a human being and when I try to look at this whole phenomenon that I just tried to explain above, and this from a third person’s point of view, I appear to myself as a realist.
Why go after something that may or may not be yours?
Instead why not make the most of what you already have in your hands and make that the eternal & unseekable & the thing in life that you were looking for in the first place?
And so to cut the long story short, I would just like to say the following (a part of it may sound cliché, but the reality, folks, is that cliché stuff usually end up making the most sense!!!).
Life is short - really short. You never know what is going to happen to you tomorrow or even the next min. So why waste what you have in hand now?
Sometimes in life, you experience certain things; meet people from whom you learn a lot.
Trust me – this is the biggest gift that life has to offer. I mean you cant learn these by even reading a million books - on how to react when this happens or what to do when that happens. You learn these things…
How?? By meeting people, experiencing those moments and being in the moment.
You learn what to do and what not to do and what to do again and again.
So life’s like that.
Make the most of it, live for the moment and spread as many happy thoughts possible to the people around you. Cuz you never know what you are going to get or whom you are going to make a better person!!
